Cloud-native lab analytics platform

A multi-tenant research analytics platform designed for neurodegenerative disease and prion research labs. QuicLens helps researchers analyze experimental data, review fluorescence kinetics, classify plate maps, evaluate dose-response results, and maintain audit-ready records in a cleaner, more structured workflow.

This project is intentionally not an ELN or research notebook. It is focused on analysis, interpretation, and decision-ready outputs for labs working with complex experimental data.

Serverless AI booking platform

A full-stack spa booking platform with a conversational AI concierge that takes guests from service questions to confirmed appointments — discovery, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation through a natural chat experience, grounded in live data so it never invents availability.

Behind it: a staff operations console with an agentic admin assistant that answers operational questions by querying real data, all on a fully serverless AWS backend defined in CDK.

Event-driven video-streaming platform

Upload a video and an autoscaling fleet of Fargate workers transcodes it into adaptive-bitrate HLS, streamed back through a CDN — with live status pushed over a WebSocket the whole way. A genuine event-driven, serverless-plus-container architecture built to scale to zero when idle.

The async-workload story end to end: presigned direct-to-S3 upload → EventBridge → SQS → Fargate ffmpeg → multi-rendition HLS → CloudFront, with real-time updates from DynamoDB Streams and per-transcode cost surfaced in the UI.

I like the space between strategy and execution — where the good ideas actually have to work.

I’m an enterprise IT leader focused on cloud architecture, platform engineering, and full-stack delivery — bringing 10 years of operational experience into the way modern systems are designed, built, and supported.

My career started in enterprise support, where I learned how technology behaves when real users depend on it. Today, I lead an IT support team as an IT Manager, and I bring that operational perspective into cloud architecture and full-stack development.

I think beyond the build itself — designing for ownership, supportability, documentation, technical readiness, and the teams responsible for making systems work after launch.

I’m focused on roles where I can connect enterprise IT leadership with hands-on cloud and full-stack delivery — designing systems that are not only functional, but clear, supportable, and built for real-world use.
